We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team at ABF Freight in Denver, CO. As part of a leading LTL carrier, you will play a crucial role in supervising and controlling resources for safe and timely freight operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Support a values-driven culture and collaborate in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation and supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
