Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with direct leaders.

• Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases, stocking shelves, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Fulfill stocker responsibilities including proper rotation of products, creating attractive displays, and maintaining safety standards.

• Uphold company policies and guidelines related to customer service, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
