Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Sanatoga Center in Pottstown. This full-time position offers evening and night shift opportunities with competitive wages, shift differentials, and various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise patient care responsibilities to staff.
• Ensure effective communication of patient information between shifts and with staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
