Seasonal Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Seasonal Cashier to join ALDI, where you will be the face of our shopping experience, delivering quality customer service while working in various roles such as cashier and stocker. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, monitoring inventory, providing feedback to management, and ensuring a safe environment for all. This is a part-time position starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Support store management in achieving goals.
• Adhere to inventory procedures, cash policies, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, interpret policies, and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands

Regular activities include bending, standing, lifting, and walking around the store.
