Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join the dynamic team at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assign positions according to the positioning chart.
• Run the kitchen passe efficiently by managing ticket flow.
• Maintain optimal prep levels and prevent shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Ensure accurate plating of food orders.
• Coordinate break schedules effectively.
• Support morale and teamwork under the guidance of the Shift Lead/General Manager.
• Uphold safety guidelines and protocols.
• Ensure completion of all checklists and prep lists.
