Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store operations, you will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by maintaining merchandise, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store's overall cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks efficiently, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
