Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, mainting clean displays, and shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently and accurately operate a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
