Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
