Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team at ALDI. As a current college student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in one of America's fastest-growing grocery retailers. Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge from training leaders and understand the importance of building a culture of excellence.
• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with staff.
• Assist with training, administrative tasks, and improving warehouse efficiency.
• Participate in inventory control tasks and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare a presentation on an area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
• Develop subject matter knowledge by working closely with the team.
• Attend company trainings and meetings.

Qualifications:

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Initiative, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent work in varying temperatures, standing, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, etc.
