Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise throughout the warehouse. From selecting and receiving stock to preparing products for shipment, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work independently within designated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:
