1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. From receiving and organizing merchandise to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, your contributions will directly impact our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
