Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's warehouse team. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and prepared for store deliveries. From relocating merchandise to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, you will be an essential member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements through general cleaning.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
