1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with the warehouse management and team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Skills in basic arithmetic, communication, and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
