Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Shift Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
