Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders promptly.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Aptitude for teamwork and independent tasks.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the position.
