1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment.
