1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi on 1st Shift. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently stocking and preparing merchandise for shipment in our warehouse. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute efficiently and adhere to ALDI policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
