Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, offering a dynamic work environment and comprehensive training for your success.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by sorting, loading, and unloading products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to enhance processes.
• Monitor product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
