1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dedicated team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The 1st shift begins at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock efficiently and fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
