1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi.

Shifts:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends, Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule C: Every other weekend, Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform cleaning duties, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain warehouse standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
