1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. As part of the 1st shift starting at 7:00 AM, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders and maintaining warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
