Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with team members and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperature environments.
