1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
