1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. This full-time position entails working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to company policies.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
