We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join ALDI's team. If you are detail-oriented, physically capable, and committed to maintaining warehouse efficiency, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
