We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. From relocating products to cooperating with team members, your contributions will directly impact our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance operations.
• Inspect product quality and communicate safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and perform under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
