Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately within company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
