2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipment trucks efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to conscientiously and collaboratively work in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication proficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physical agility to move merchandise.
