2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. This is a full-time position with various schedules available to fit your lifestyle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing products for delivery.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
