Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to join our growing team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing shift operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills by consistently delivering high-quality products that meet our standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, maintain optimal shift staffing levels, and promote a guest-focused and energetic team environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent customer service, product knowledge training, and effective POS system utilization.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to lead a team independently.
• Bilingual proficiency in certain markets is a plus.
• Comfortable working with phones and computers.

This is a non-exempt hourly position, and employment is subject to the successful completion of a background check.
