Cicis Shift Leader

Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. In this role, you will be responsible for directing shift operations at the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in various areas, including product preparation, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills by preparing high-quality products for guests and maintaining Cicis standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly, solicit and utilize feedback to enhance operations, and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise the restaurant team, oversee staffing levels, provide training, and ensure uniform compliance.
• Contribute to sales targets through excellent guest service and product training for team members.
• Support profit goals through effective POS utilization, cash management, and inventory control.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in English, bilingualism beneficial in certain markets.
• Comfortable with technology, including phones and computers.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
