Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a store associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure it meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
