Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's overall upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Participate in inventory management processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and security procedures.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
