Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
