Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate in this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent customer service skills. Operating a cash register, utilizing equipment, and understanding company policies are key requirements. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are essential for success.
Education and Experience
An ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a retail environment. The combination of education and experience will be considered for qualification.
