Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
