Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Effective multitasking and attention to detail
