Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist in general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
