Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and welcoming to customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time | Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week | Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
