Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
