Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and ensure the store operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
