Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as specified for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, comply with cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and handle responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales, if applicable.
