Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Deliver prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
