Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Operate equipment and handle merchandise efficiently

Requirements

• Customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Physical ability to handle product stocking and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
