Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing stocking and merchandising activities, cashiering, and ensuring the store is neat and organized.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. mindset and competencies as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Participate in inventory management activities and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses and uphold company procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, maintain document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
