Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing stocking and merchandising activities, cashiering, and ensuring the store is neat and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the M.A.P. mindset and competencies as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management activities and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses and uphold company procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies, maintain document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
