Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
