Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Interpret and apply company policies, stay organized, and multi-task effectively.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
