Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our Aldi team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
  • Follow company policies while prioritizing data security and document confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
  • Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and adherence to company policies
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
