Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product availability, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
  • Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and collaborate with team members.
  • Provide feedback to management and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
