Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and perform general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer purchases and adhere to cash policies.
• Contribute to inventory management and product feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
